All orders are final and there are no refunds after payment is sent. If for some one in a million chance you get a lead with a bad phone number we will replace the lead 1 for 1, other than that all leads are sold as is. You are responsible for following all local, state and federal laws when contacting and doing business with the data we sell you. You agree to hold us harmless of any damages that may or may not occur from using our data. Payment by you is guaranteed to use. We do not accept credit cards for data or lead orders due to high fraud and false chargeback claims. We do not sell leads to lead companies. If you are a lead company please do not order from us. We reserve the right to decline or reject any orders without reason or cause.

Trigger data is sent to you VIA email as a download within 24-48 hours of the trigger. If your criteria is strict it may take 10 days or more to complete your order. We do not express imply or guarantee a time frame of lead delivery or order completion. These terms overrule any verbal terms.

Your leads will be emailed to you and you must reply to each email you get from us with "received" in the body in order to get your next batch of leads.
